Management of fabrication and installation (construction) phase Projects to ensure proper co-ordination of the various
Construction disciplines to achieve on time delivery, without compromising HSE, with the required quality and within
allocated budgets.
OIL & GAS Construction (Onshore and Offshore) Industries : ASME Projects such as Process Piping, API Tanks, Columns,
(Presser) Vessels, Cross country and high presser pipe lines, Reactor, Chemical injection packages, Separator, Heat
exchangers, Heavy Structural and Ship/Rig Repair (Maintenance) including Fabrications, painting, assembly, testing,
reinstatement and maintenance work.
EPC Project such as Living Quarters, , Modular Buildings (LER, LCR, TER & etc in DNV, AWS & ABS) including Fabrication,
Erection, Painting, outfitting assembly, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning and maintenance work.
Major Achievements:
* Weld repair rate for the year of 2014 - 2016 is: 0.049% v’s target: 2.0.
* Achieved 3.5 MN man-hour without LTI for the year of 2014 - 2016.
* In FY 2013 - 2014 were completed total 137 Vessels, Separator and Heat exchangers with Productivity 1.03% on
schedule.
* In FY 2011 - 2012 were completed total 3480 tone steels rack fabrications with Productivity 1.10% & on scheduled.
* In FY 2010 - 2011 were completed chemical injection & 220 KVA in total 76 Skids, LER and LCR’s with Productivity of
1.01% on schedule.
* In FY 2008 - 2009 were completed total 84 ton steel replacement (Preload Tanks repair) within 24 days at NDC
(Emilia) - Rig on schedule within budgeted cost.
Present Company
Projects Involved: Fabrication and site installation on a diverse range of onshore and offshore Projects.
* Fabrication & Installation of Boat landing for Offshore TOTAL E & P Qatar DP 2 Platform, 890 Ton - which includes
Fabrication, Pull Testing, Blasting, Painting and Installation reinstatement at Offshore. Role: Fabrication & Installation
Superintendent.
* Fabrication & Installation of Sulphur Off-loading facilities for Ras Laffan - QATAR GAS GTL plant, 1120 Ton - which
includes Fabrication, Testing, Blasting, Painting and Installation reinstatement at Site. Role: Fabrication & Installation
Superintendent.
* Installations of PS1 K Platform at Offshore for OXY - Qatar, 2230 Ton - Installations of Pipe racks with Piping, Raiser
Line, Separator, Surge tanks and Flare tower, which includes testing, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning. Role:

(Installation) works inYanbu, Qassim Cement Plant Upgrading Project, Bypass Dustbin, Heat exchangers & Structural
(Installation) work in Buraydah and IBN HAYYN/PPP/PVC Project (Fire water pipeline and wrack structural fabrication
and Erection) for Petrokemya at Al Jubail. Role: Fabrication & Installation In charge
Ensure and Maintain workmanship standards within the workshop - reporting any errors through the improvement
method.
* Familiarize with all the companies’ processes and procedures & abide by all company policies. Assist during audits
when required and comply at all times with Improvement Report Program.
* Liaise daily with QHSE Manager and Project Engineers for review of on-going and upcoming projects.
* Management of Fabrication- Construction projects/jobs ensuring delivery dates are achieved.
* Effective utilization and maintenance of plant and equipment.
* Awareness in controlling Man-hours for commercial & financial efficiency.
* Efficient utilization of shop and Yard manpower and ensuring adequate resources are available.
* Ensure compliance to manufacturing fabrication procedures.
* Monitor actions from meetings to ensure timely and effective completion.
* Provided input to the Project Management on the schedule for the construction/commissioning activities.
* Responsible for providing solutions to different complex problems at site as per the standards and spec.
* Held regular meetings with sub ordinates and sub-contractors to coordinate and maintain the schedule and quality of
works execution.
* Approving necessary site modifications in coordination with the other discipline works.
* Conducting FATs and SATs wherein required as per contracts.
* Weekly meeting with subordinate to evaluate project related HSE, progress, concerns and quality of work.
* Over all control of Man power, Materials and progress.
* Review performance and competence for all staff under supervision and identify training needs.
* Responsible for planning and execution of all activities.
* Addressing queries and concerns of Clients over site matters.
* Assist with coordination of onshore and offshore commissioning activities & Handing over the completed systems to the
Client
* Generate and submit weekly report.
Health and Safety
* Implementation of planned preventive maintenance system, to comply with all appropriate regulations/safety
requirements and to maintain maintenance records.
* Comply with and enforce Health & Safety rules at all times in the workshop and yard areas.
* Maintain the Risk Management activity within the Workshop and Yard areas.
* Comply at all times with Company’s Health & Safety at Work requirements.
* Maintain a culture of Health & Safety excellence throughout the business.
* Abide by and assist with the risk assessment program.
