• Responsible for all mechanical maintenance activities of Manroland Cromoman 70 printing machine, Muller Martini mailroom system, trimmer, Proliner, Mectec reel stand, atlas copco compressed air system, tolerance stitching, Baldwin Oxy dry, prepress CTP, NELA automatic punching and bending machine, Techno-Trans inking and water treatment plant and quad-tech camera

• 2 lines H type tower, 2:3:3 folder 2, 1 balloon former,

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Operation & Maintenance Engineer
• Sustains and improves reliability, plant operation, maintenance, and systems documentation for a leading offset printing machine and embellishments
• Manages the plant’s operations, maintenance, projects, and departments including spare parts, inventory, and compliance with environmental and safety regulations
• prepare maintenance schedule and shift schedule & manage preventive mechanical maintenance of all plant machines.
• Implements a wide variety of engineering solutions to increase equipment availability, increase net operating rate, reduce operation losses, and achieve standard and acceptable production rates.
• Introduced and developed an approach to maintenance incorporating principles of TPM, RCM, and the Kaizen philosophy, and then created plans, programs, and strategies for personnel and equipment improvement.
• Ensured all technical and company standards were met.
• Preventive: Development and implementation of scheduled maintenance programs and lubrication plans, overhauls, inspections,
• Predictive: Development and implementation of data collection systems and programs, fault trees, root cause analysis, temperature and vibration spectrum analysis, lubrication analysis, alignment and bearing management, report and procedure drafting, and trend analysis to prevent breakdowns
• Corrective: Development and implementation of corrective actions such as lubrication plans, maintenance frequency, and training
• Maintaining 5s and discipline within and outside of the organization.

• Executing Preliminary inspection of coupling pipes, inspection of coupling blanks, Threading inspection of coupling (BTC, LTC, LP, PUP-JOINT, PMC) accordance to the API Inspection method
• Calibrating and carryout MPI test (Magnetic particle Inspection-NDT) for crack analysis
• Follow-up Destructive test (Mechanical and Chemical Analysis test) such as hardness test, tensile test, impact test etc...
• Interacting and coordinating between quality and other departments
• Maintains data performing statistical calculations to maximise the product quality and performance
• Continuous analysis of the rejections and NCRs to bring in zero defects by innovative corrective action and preventive action through 7 QC tools (Pareto Diagram)
• Maintaining 5S and Housekeeping in the department
