Responsible to lead a team of Technicians for successful execution of HVAC
Maintenance Activities
Troubleshooting and maintaining all kinds of Mechanical & Electrical equipment’s
Monitoring and logging daily operation of building equipment included air conditioning
water tower, Chillers, air handler, compressor, circulating pump, domestic pumps,
emergency generator, fire pump and pool/spa equipment.
Designing, develop, modify and evaluate the MEP Design for the New Projects
Supporting construction contractor and provide MEP engineering related support,
review and coordination to ensure that the quality expectation is properly met during
construction
Coordinate with consultant on reviews for shop drawings, MEP related designs, HVAC,
Fire Alarm / Fighting & provide solution options and involved to implement the same
Review and approve material and equipment for MEP systems prior to installation
Managing and lead a Team throughout duration of the project from Installation to
Commissioning and handover the system to Owner
Projects Done
Involved in estimation and design of Services like BMS, Electrical, HVAC, Fire protection, fire detection system
Design of Electrical and HVAC System for Interior Fit out works
Involved in generating Enquiry from Main contractor and preparing proposals for tender and job in hand projects for complete MEP Service
Coordination with sales team and do a site survey understanding the project, attending technical meeting with clients and contractors
Have been dedicatedly involved in preparation of BOQ calculator in Excel and execution purpose
Follow the regulations DEWA and UAE Fire codes and properties rules like Emmar, Tecom, Jumeirah properties, estidama, vindico retail etc. to get the approval
Design works for Electrical Works including lighting design, power distribution, electrical load schedules, ELV Systems like security, CCTV, BMS, Access control, Central Battery systems, fire alarm and detection, etc.
Prepared design drawings and Bill of quantities for fit out job
Design load and calculations and Engineering assistance to various departments
Attended meeting with clients, Main contractors and consultants to getting a approval for proposed solutions
Responsible to carry out MEP work as per approved shop drawing and within the time frame and progress of the approved construction program.
Ensure that the installation, inspection and testing of all the MEP equipment, fittings and work implemented meets the specification and the consultant requirements
Verify the accuracy of shop drawings and their compliance to the specification, consultant’s design and existing local authority standard.
Review consultant’s design and specification and prepare the BOQ
Complete responsibility to decide on day to day work that needs to be carried out by subordinates including: scheduling of activities, assigning task to groups or individuals, accuracy of work conducted, supplying resources and dealing with operational issues and problems. Coordinate with other project personnel to ensure that deadlines, procedures, and other project requirements are met.
Liaise with local authorities for the approval of MEP services drawings and service connection.
Prepared shop drawing & material submittals for consultant’s approval.
Prepared Technical and commercial offer and Proposal For BMS, CCTV, Lighting Control, Fire Alarm Projects
Review Consultants design and specification of HVAC, Fire Fighting and Electrical.
Defined Construction Drawings, Project Standards and Specifications, Scope of Work, Safety and Health Requirements, proactively interacted with Various agencies, Coordinated the subcontractor Activities
Prepared the technical submittal (Compliance Statement, Drawings &Component Submittal) and get the same approved

Perform Occasional site visits to clients to better understand their design needs
Provides HVAC Controls solutions for improved performance, energy conservation and cost
