Meeting with the Client, Consultant and sub-Contractors on regular intervals in regards to the Project progress and plan.
Review of P& ID, Layout & Installation details etc,
Review of MAR & MST with ITP for Client approval.
Fabrication and Installation of Various Pipe lines such as Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, DI, CI, GI, GRP, HDPE, Vitrified Clay, UPVC & its accessories with support systems.
Installation of HVAC Ducts, AHU & Refrigerant Pipe lines
Installation Fire Fighting Pumps with piping accessories and FAS also.
Installation of Water Features elements, Pumps with dosing accessories.
Installation of Landscaping systems
Supervision of Parking Management system, Public Address System and Building Management system
Installation of various Instruments such as Electro magnetic flow meter, Pressure gauge, Pressure transmitter, Level switch & Ultrasonic level transmitter
Co-ordination with Civil & Electrical works.
Installation of HV/MV Panels, VFD, Transformers, and Diesel Generator sets.
Erection of Cable trays, Cable Laying, Glanding, Termination & Continuity Test.

Installation of various Instruments such as Electro magnetic flow meter, Pressure gauge, Pressure transmitter, Level switch & Ultrasonic level transmitter

Supported the project close out process and ensure project closeout in a timely manner.
Coordinated multi-site work flow processes through procurement, shipping and receiving, staging, and release organizations.
Coordinating and supporting to transfer all kind of equipments and accessories to the site.
Completion of site works according to the Programme of works (As per Scope of work and Contract Period)
Supervision for the preparation of P& ID, Layout, and GA & all kind of Installation of various equipments with piping details etc.
Installation, Erection & Commissioning of various capital equipments such as Pumps, Penstocks, Valves, Cranes, Manual & Mechanical Bar screen, Pre-Treatment Equipments, Aerator, Blower, Clarifier, Belt Filter press, Poly- Preparation units & Odor Control unit.
Fabrication and Installation of Various Pipe lines such as Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, DI, GRP, HDPE, Vitrified Clay, UPVC, Asbestos Cement pipes and Pre-Insulated Pipes and Fittings & its accessories such as Dismantling joints, Flange adaptor, coupling with support systems.
Hot Tapping in Chilled water Pipelines.
Fabrication / installation of Insulation and cladding works for the chilled water pipe lines.
Planning and Execution of Site works on daily basis & Supervision of all works at site as per approved MST
Supervision & Extracting the works from Sub- Contractors for speeding up the works.
Subsequent implementation at site requirement according to client’s approval.
Preparation of Bill of Materials
Handing over of the project to the Client with required documentation.
Hydro Testing for all kind of pipes lines as per approved MST & ITP
Bolt Torquing for all kind of flanged joints.
Tape wrapping for Ductile iron pipes
Supervision of Metal works installation such as platforms, ladders, and hand rails in various materials like Aluminium, Stainless steel & GRP.
Co-ordination with Civil & Electrical works
Project Co ordination with project team
Planning and scheduling for drawings
Proposal P&I diagram & Layout finalization as per client’s suggestion
Preparing Civil GA and Fabrication drawings
Drawing preparation for pressure vessels/UF/RO Systems/STP /Desalination
Preparation of piping layout & related Isometric drawings with supporting details
Preparation of BOM
