Keeping all Lab Equipment used calibrated and properly maintained.
❖ Develop and implement Quality STD as Production strategy.
❖ Monitoring and test new raw materials according to STD for each material.
❖ Responsible for documentation of raw materials data sheets (MSDS, TDS and
COA), production work orders (issuing and closing).
❖ Responsible for Costumer complaint (verification, analyze).
❖ Production supervisor in liquid paint factory.
❖ Review monthly demand and set plan to support stock level of products.
❖ Successor of Production Manager.
❖ Responsible for Raw Materials in liquid paints factory.
❖ Following Production Orders until handled to warehouse.
❖ Participate in Daily & Weekly Operation reviews to discuss the factory status in
Safety, Quality, Maintenance& Production.
❖ Leading & Participate problem solving techniques (Root Couse analysis
❖ Keeping all Lab Equipment inside the factory calibrated and properly maintained.
Ensure implementation and develops the quality procedures and analyzes the data
from inspection reports.
❖ Ensure that specifications and quality procedures are followed during the inspection.
❖ Keeping all Lab Equipment used for monitoring quality calibrated and properly
maintained.
❖ Leading & Participate problem solving techniques (Root Couse analysis)
❖ Responsible for the planning, implementation, and monitoring of the Nestle Quality
Tools & Key Performance Indicators “KPI’s” (e.g., CC, FTR and GMP)
❖ Monitoring of supplier performance, Responsibility for the supplier’s audit.
❖ Leader of Raw and Packaging material team (Testing, Validation and Release the
raw / packaging materials)
❖ Participate in Operational Master plan coordination with all departments.
❖ Participate in Daily & Weekly Operation reviews to discuss the factory status in
Safety, Quality, Maintenance& Production
❖ Leading Daily operation review with Maintenance, Quality, Production, Safety, and
supply chain.
❖ Responsible for GMP & GLP procedures, Audits, and effective implementation and
documentation.
❖ Responsible for Internal and External consumer complaints (Investigation leader
or partner) until close the complaint.
❖ Monitoring FSMS plan with FSMS team (HACCP, CCP and OPRP)
❖ Supporting other department for new projects as quality wise in the factory.
❖ Monthly Auditing for Nestle shelves show in Riyadh market (32 hot and small
markets)
❖ Quality Head Successor.
❖ Work with Production, Supply chain and maintenance team to reduce Non-
Conforming reports by using problem solving techniques applied for raw
material or production lines.

❖ Quality Control & Quality Assurance in Paint plant
❖ Operation and Production Engineer in Automatic factory.
❖ Aware to set daily production plan according the stock.
❖ Represented the Automatic Production team in Monthly Operation Review.
❖ Monitor the minimum stoke level in automatic factory store.
❖ Study and review the new water treatment project.
