I am currently working with DEPA as Human Resources & Administration Manager, and I have the following tasks:-

Plan for new company Strategies, Manpower forecast, Deliver effective recruitment services through efficient planning and execution of HR processes, Source, identify and select suitable candidates according to existing procedures, agreed time frames and budgets, ensuring that candidate's, Qualifications are aligned with the Key Result Areas of respective. Performance Appraisal, Maintaining achieve Saudization & Nitaqat required for the survival of the company in a good standing.

Periodically update and review the Job Portals for vacant positions ..
