• Designing programs of well interventions such as pumps repair, pump optimization, re-completion, stimulation and well suspension by that decrease company oil deferment and gain/restore (about 493494 oil barrel per day).
• Monitoring operation and performing technical support for up to 14 workover rigs performing at one time and update them to section management on daily basis.
• Performing rig less stimulation jobs.
• Arranging surface & down hole pumps, chemicals and equipment for work over and rig less jobs.
•Managing operation of natural flowing wells and gas (lift /injection) projects for six months and update their daily activities report to management on daily basis.
•Monitoring PCP and BPU equipment inventory and follow their material requests & purchasing orders process.
• Liaison with other disciplines such as construction, reservoir engineering, production operation, production maintenance, purchasing, logistic, contract and rigs operation as projects requires.
• Performing cost control of workover engineering section.
•Participating in daily section, weekly new wells tie in and monthly HSE meetings.
•Participating in well by well review work shop and production increment committee.
•Preparing various statistical and performance reports those appraising performance/quality of down hole tool, cement, PCP production duration and WO Rigs operation.
•Preparing short term service rig schedule.
• Monitoring application of new technologies.
• Following production performance of 5 oil& gas fields including 310 wells.
• Observing well completion, testing and work over activities.
• Preparing and analysis various technical report and update them to section management.
• Conducting audit for clients relevant invoices.
• Participating in daily department production meeting.
• Participating as external auditor in annual inventory audit of oil and gas operating company.
• Liaison with other governmental corporation to facilitate oil companies equipment transportation.
• Representing in many well by well review workshop and relevant seminars.
