• Designed statistical models to generate a landscape for the future which key business stakeholders used in order to strategize and determine objectives within their area.
• Analyzed and evaluated organizations operations to offer recommendations based on findings: Assisted Service Exco with identifying issues and sorting solutions.
• Designed a model which was used to generate incentive targets for Staff and “mid” management. This was approved by COO (Chief Operating Officer) and rolled out on a bi annual basis.

Accomplishments
• The idea behind the bi annual targets is to affect staff performance positively. The targets that I proposed were accepted and implemented in Q3 and Q4 2014. Two of the four metrics realized an increase in average performance by 18% and 12% respectively over the period.
