Supervised and monitored the staff and steps of the construction. Developed processes, tests, and systems that maintain the integrity ensuring meet the specifications and the drawing of the following project:
-Steveston Community Center - Vancouver, BC
Supervised and monitored the staff and steps of the construction which consists of 2basement levels, main floor and 3stories. The building consists of a concrete, steel structure, Landscape, hardscape, automatic doors, roofing, interior and exterior finishing.
Managed the construction of the Student Activities and Athletic Facilities Building of Kuwait University. Consisting of basement, main floor, mezzanine and 3 stories, the project was constructed by using concrete, steel structure and composite members.
Managed the construction of the following projects:
• Al Shaheed Park - Phase II A concrete-masonry events hall with offices, restaurants, souvenir store, three kiosks, roof-top landscape. The project was constructed using concrete and steel structure.
• Conference Building of Kuwait Opera A concrete-masonry building consists of a basement, ground floor, mezzanine, and three floors. This project was constructed by using concrete, steel structure and composite. The project was included replace culvert pipe and re-installation new manholes.
• Conference Hall and Media Center Buildings of Bayan Palace. A concrete-steel structure-masonry building consists of two levels below grade parkade, ground floor, mezzanine, one floor, and ground level hardscaping and landscaping.
Supervised the construction of the building material mall (Manazel Real Estate Building).
