I was working at SABB Bank in Commercial Banking (SME) department as Operation Representative and my job obligations/descriptions are:
1-New, review and endorse credit facility proposal
2-Arrange and prepare the minutes of department's meetings
3-Follow up and consolidate daily sales/services report
4- Print the daily, weekly and monthly exception reports and maintaining records.
5-Action exception reports relating to limit reviews and follow up with concerned units.
6- Receive Incomplete security documents, under-Formation Accounts and arrange the necessary follow up with staff and concerned units to rectify incomplete and missing documentation
7-Holds the information risk duties and ensure the application of clear desk policy and no papers are left on desks, printers, fax and dust bins.
9-Ensure full ongoing compliance with regulatory and internal standards covering camp alerts, operational risk.
I was graduated from Institute of public administration since Jun 2009 with grade 2.46 fairly good
