& Responsibilities: Monitor and review the progress of work compared to the time schedule and budget, follow up the procurement of material & equipment, measurement of quantities & payment certificates, arranging site meetings with client & consultant representatives for work proceeding, operation & management of subcontractors & all site activities
•Responsible for supervising construction sites and running construction projects.
•Prepare sites prior to the commencement of construction work (to set out the site and organize facilities), to plan projects and ensure that they meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales and to oversee work.
• Supervise and coordinate staff, Subcontractors, material suppliers and Utility providers to ensure an efficient method of build to the required quality and program.
• Liaising with clients and reporting progress, professional staff and the public.
•Supervising contracted staff.
• Meeting subcontractors.
• Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety.
• Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.
• Maintaining quality control procedures.

• Using specialist construction management computer applications.
