I manage the process of executing email campaigns and technical aspects for Digital marketing. The Campaign Manager serves as the primary point of client interaction, responsible for all technical & non-technical client communication. I am accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of all projects execution.
I work with the client and key members of the Design and Campaign Solutions teams to develop a client-specific set of workflows, documents, reporting, schedules and service level agreements to support the client's ongoing project needs.
I am responsible for managing a team who’s predominately focused on producing below standards for Email Campaigns and technical features,
• Develop emails with the latest standards for consistent rendering across email clients / devices.
• Provide Solution to client query.
• Manage database and client data by working alongside with client data automation team on day to day basis.
• Develop Landing Pages and Triggered Emails as per requirement.
• Validate emails meet visual and technical specs, including dynamic content and live text codes.
• Automated promotional banners & legal copy to streamline process and reduce risk on changes.
• Deliver positive and pro-active client support during email submission and production processes.
