Possess good expertise in Leasing/Sales as per RERA rules and regulations. Ensure to adhere to Real Estate laws and has a good knowledge in finance, mortgage and related government protocols.
Equipped with presentable personality indulged with confidence & professional negotiating skills with different nationalities. Actively be involved in the Sales/Leasing of residential properties & generate consistent revenue
of final accounts & other management reports upon demand All day to day data entries regarding Sales & Purchase.
Checking & verification of Purchase quotations & sales orders.
All dealings with bank & reconciliation of bank statements.
Preperation of Daily report regarding Sales, Local Purchase and inflow & out flow of cash
Supervision on stock in store.
Handling Petty cash and other day to day affairs
Preparation of cash flow statement.
