•Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
•Managing company’s cash flow through regular forecasting and reviews.
•Undertaking complex reconciliations relating to Corporate Branches, Customers, Suppliers, and Banks.
•Preparation of staff salaries sheets; calculations of deductions, sales commission, and recording thereof into the accounting system.
•Evaluating purchase request by selecting best option among available quotations/suppliers, issuing purchase order, and making payment after cross checking invoice with purchase order.
•Making payments to vendors; scheduling and preparing checks and resolving payment discrepancies.
•Managing receivables by issuing invoices; entry into the correct ledger accounts thereof, calculating discounts, preparation of weekly and monthly sales summaries, and aging reports.
•Initiating collection efforts and assisting sales team in resolving disputes with customers.
•To assist middle management in Opening/closing accounts, managing invoices, recording checks and maintaining customer’s data.
