o Establishing the ambulatory home health care (AHHC) as the first center in eastern Provence, which shows the benefit and cost effectiveness over hospital long stay.
o Developing and improving the hospital bed utilization through an expensive work of proper utilization of resources and establishing ambulatory home health care (AHHC) and implementing the evidence based medicine
