• • Scrutiny of RFQ / Tender documents from client for Pressure Vessels, Heat exchanger, Columns, reactors, tanks, Piping, scraper traps, metering skid module,
• Assisting in compiling of tenders.

Thermal System (Hyd) Pvt Ltd (TSPL) is an established company located at Jeedimetla Hyderabad, a pioneer in supplying Waste Heat Boilers, executed several project in India and abroad. TSPL involves in estimating, bidding, basic designing, detailed engineering, fabrication, construction, and commissioning of WH Boilers, AFBC Boilers, Heat Exchangers, Deaerators and Feed Water tanks etc.
Job Profile:
• Detailed study of the tender / enquiry documents
• Preparation of bill of material for cost estimation purpose
• Selection of MOC for valves, Plate, Tubes and Pipe for cost estimation purpose
• Preparing cost estimate with in the terminal points and battery limits
• Doing detail estimation for each equipment
• Taking approval of price basis from superiors
• Preparation of Budget of weight and budget monies to handover to project
• Making price comparisons sheet
• Attending kick-Off meeting
• Preparation of bought out specification for Fans / Pumps / Valvess and ESP etc.
• Basic design (Thermal Design) of WH Boiler as per client document with KED simulation.
• Make the Process and Mechanical Calculations
• Preparation of technical data sheets, GA drawings, P&ID's for WH Boiler
• Preparing the offer with commercial and technical terms and submitting to Client.
• Basic calculation for Feed water system, line sizing, PRDS design
