• Supervising the daily activities of all Electrical Maintenance Engineers and Controlling performance of daily electrical maintenance activities.

This includes, Exciter Field System Checking, Rotating Diode System Checking, Insulation Resistance (IR) & Polarization Index (PI) Measurement of Field Winding, Stator Winding & Rotor Winding, Impedance Measurement of Stator Winding, Checking & Replacement of Generator Journal Bearing (Second Bearing), Replacement of Rotor Grounding Brush, Rotor Earth Fault System Checking.
• Worked as the one of the Team Members for Major Inspection (MI) of one 35MW Generator Unit with Foreign Experts from Ansaldo Thomassen (ATH). This includes, Dismantling of Rotor & Exciter, Checking of Stator Winding Cleanliness & Tightness, Checking of Rotor Cleanliness & Tightness, Performing Endoscopic Test on Rotor Retaining Ring, Exciter Field System Checking, Rotating Diode System Checking, Insulation Resistance (IR) & Polarization Index (PI) measurement of Field Winding, Stator Winding & Rotor Winding, Impedance Measurement of Stator Winding, Checking & Replacement of Generator Journal Bearing (Second Bearing), Replacement of Rotor Grounding Brush, Rotor Earth Fault System Checking, High Voltage Insulation Test on Stator Winding, RSO Test.
• Worked as the one of the Team Members for Replacement of a Burnt Exciter System of a 35 MW Generator Unit with Foreign Experts. This includes, Dismantling of Exciter, Replacement of Rotor D-Bars, Checking of Stator Winding Cleanliness & Clearing, Performing Endoscopic Test on Rotor Retaining Ring, Exciter Field System Checking, Rotating Diode System Checking & Replacement of Faulty Diodes, Insulation Resistance (IR) & Polarization Index (PI) measurement of Field Winding, Stator Winding & Rotor Winding, Impedance Measurement of Stator Winding, Checking & Replacement of Generator Journal Bearing (Second Bearing), Replacement of Rotor Grounding Brush, Rotor Earth Fault System Checking.
