Manage, implement and support during logistic planning during pre-construction period, develop communication protocol between contractor, sub-contractor and Client, review of initial plans (Health safety and Environmental plan, quality plan etc.), expedite in responding contractor (RFI’s), review of contractors plan for site organization, coordinating with local authorities as required, implement construction method, interface between contractor working in close proximity, establishing procedures for timely submission of shop drawing and samples to be reviewed and approved, conduct regular meeting with the employer, contractor, sub-contractor and other concerned authorities for overall coordination to ensure to the extent reasonably possible timely completion. Review all the Client instructions before issue to the Contractor, preparing a list of outstanding works and providing the same to the Contractor, Obtaining a written undertaking from the Contractor to complete any outstanding work during the Defects Liability Period.

Project: Improvements of Al Dhaid Interchange, King Abdul Aziz Interchange and University Interchange. T113/2010
Project Scope: This project is located along the Emirates road beginning at Sharjah Ajman interchange and continues toward the direction of Dubai. It is consisted of improvement of three major interchanges, Al Dhaid interchange, university interchange and king Abdul Aziz interchange. Apart of the major structural works the followings work are also included in the project scope. Widening of Emirates road to maintain a minimum five lanes in each direction, improvements to the existing services roads construction of drainage line including the pumping station and four drainage ponds within the existing loops of Kong Abdul Aziz Interchange

Installation of irrigation main line (10 km) consisted of HDPE pipes of sizes varies 225 mm diameter to 800 mm diameter and 60 km length of lateral lines of size 63 mm to 100 mm with sprinkler system.

Responsibilities as noted above .
•Responsible to handle design issues/discrepancies and takes an appropriate action on Contractor’s RFI’s (Technical queries)
•Responsible for execution and supervision of works in accordance to the project specifications under safe conditions.
•To handle the interface issues at the interface of the other projects.
•Review and approval of submittals (shop drawings, as-built drawings, prequalification documents of sub-contractors, method statement etc.).
•Drafting of contractual letters in accordance to the Contract requirements.
•Responsible for monitoring project progress in order to complete the project on time with cost control.

Project Scope: It was the post tensioned box girder bridge with 4 spans on pile foundation reinforced soil wall panels covered with one abutment while the other one was with stone pitching. Construction of Strom water drainage line in length of 12 Km .AC pipe of Dai 1.2m diameter has been utilized. Sewerage (10 km length of GRP pipe (0.7m diameter max.) including construction of man holes Rigid pavement -500 m length of rigid pavement was constructed, asphalt pavements, Upgrading of roads to dual carriage way. Nad Al Hamar road, MC 1, MC2, MC3 and 601 roads. These roads were consisted of AC\\DBM base course and wearing Course and Signalized junctions, up grading of Al Aweer road from 2 lanes to 3 lanes
