- Overseeing logistics, planning, delivery and installation activities for equipment across all Al-Jeel modalities (Lab, Dental, CSSD, and GE LCS).
- Responsible for fostering and maintaining high-level relationships in key accounts, and for driving revenue by working with customer stakeholders to develop project plans, estimates, and schedules.
- Onsite responsibilities include monitoring work progress, coordinating with stakeholders (facilities, biomed, end-user, and project managers, etc.), solving and coordinating pre-installation issues and managing delivery and installation activities according to a schedule established mutually with the customer.
- Maintain full project involvement until completion of all Al-Jeel activities including Applications and follow up Service. Serve as a primary point of contact for problem resolution for full duration of the project.

▪ Ensure timely dispatch closure.
▪ Provide business reports to the CEO.
▪ Manage and develop Country Business Operations team.
▪ Control the financial matters in touch with the finance team.
▪ Define and drive overall customer satisfaction indicators and levels.
▪ Ensure that the data quality in the different Service management tools.
▪ Regular contact and communication with the decision-makers of the customer.
▪ Visit the customer sites to foster relationships and drive New and Upgraded Business.
▪ Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective actions.
▪ With Service team and Projects team, drive and develop operational and financial growth initiatives and targets, cost control measures and process improvements.
Manage the service department by schedule the new installations, receive the maintenance calls, preparing orders, quotations, and service contracts. Also I responsible to manage the team contain of 8 engineers in whole K.S.A by distribute the daily calls, check the reports, following the PM, arrange the pre-installation sites, install the X-Ray systems & ITSLS systems, and improvement & development the service department execution.
Installation the MRI and mammographic systems’, starting from the pre-installation of the site, preparing the AutoCAD drawing, meeting the contractors, follow the suppliers, deliver the machines, install the system, get the customer sign, routing maintenance, and support service. Reporting all tasks and achievements to the service manager.
Service support, inspect the new products in warehouse before send to customer, installation devices, routing maintenance, deliver the service and repair on time, train the biomed team in hospitals if required, and reporting to the global KCI.
