• Maintain & update database of approx. 16000 employees’ personal data of PSM. Generate reports regarding personnel services, Manpower Position (Present Employees, Ex-Employees etc) on monthly basis and also as and when Competent Authority / Management requires such reports.
• Update and maintain ACRs data, also generate reports from ACRs data as per criteria provided for Promotions Grade wise.
• Also analyze and process the questions received from Ministries and Govt. of Pakistan related to Manpower positions, employees records etc.
• Entertain the query from Election Commission of Pakistan for election duties.
• Coordinate with EOBI for updating employees’ data on EOBI Web Service and also arrange to process the employee card printing from EOBI etc.
• Given my assistance to NAB Sindh for data analyzing and Technical Assistance regarding PSM Cases.
• Making and forwarding the cases regarding Transfer / postings of employees, Loan Cases, working arrangements etc.
• Software/Hardware Support for Head Office of PSM
• Give Professional training to the employees of Pakistan Steel regarding use of Windows, MS-Office. Training included advance Excel, MS Access and Advance use of tools in MS Office (Mail Merge Option etc)

Creating Reports in Crystal Report.
Creating/Managing Databases in SQL Server.
