• Preventive and corrective maintenance for all Electromechanical and Civil systems including Medium Voltage transformers, Main switch gear, Generators, UPS, ATS, HVAC(Package units, Split units, AHUs), BMS, Fire alarm, Firefighting, Access control system, CCTV, plumbing works, paintings, carpentry works, greenery works, ……….etc.
• Supervise Facility team including Facility specialists and technicians and outsourced technicians.
• Function as a liaison between the company and governmental authorities like the civil defense and other vendors.
• Ensure accurate and timely payments of rent, service charges, utilities.
• Define scope and requirements for outsourced facilities operations and services.
• Suppliers’ contract management and performance measurement and evaluation.
• Furniture selection and specifications.
• Housekeeping services.
• Monitoring company headcount, premises capacity and plan.
• New premises selection, renovation, setup and project management.
• Budget estimation and preparation.
• Company Health and Safety compliance with the local standards.
Responsible for the Procurement of Materials and Services in accordance with company procedures ensuring that all Procurement transactions are auditable and Purchase Orders are closed out expediently
- Operates, monitors, and controls computers, storage devices, printers and related peripheral equipment.
- Reconfigures systems components when individual units fail.
- Installs, configure, and maintain the organization's LAN server and workstations.
- Upgrades and maintains servers, hardware, software, telecommunication connections, e-mail, and security systems.
- Investigates system errors, performs backups, and ensures user accessibility and site performance.
- Communicates with company employees on any IS issues or requests of new hardware and software installation.
- Maintains machine performance and production records.
