• Field: Production of steel billet, rebar and wire coils.
• Duration: December, 2011 till now.
• Department: Mechanical maintenance.
• Area of responsibilities: Steel melting plant (Electric arc furnace,
ladle furnace, continues casting machine, overhead crane (280 tones),
dedust unit)

• Responsibilities: o Control of spare parts and providing technical studies for purchasing orders.
o Monitoring the running equipment and steel furnaces in order to detect problem
causes and predict delay.
o Lead the maintenance team for the steel making plant.
o Plan and effect corrective and preventive maintenance for hydraulic units of the plant and maintain the valve stands such as: (Pumps - Directional Control Valves - Flow
Control Valves- Pressure Control Valves - Proportional and Servo Valves -
Cylinders- Filters)
