- Opening new accounts for individuals and companies - Identify customer needs in order to offer suitable financial services and advising the customers what services or products would be appropriate for their requirements - Working visits to attract potential customers (deposits, accounts, cards and loans) - Execute all operations related to retail banking products (Loans, credit cards, deposits, etc... ) and prepare documents to be signed by customers - Execute all operation related to retail banking services (electronic services, ATM cards, outward transfers etc…) - Analyze applicant situation, determine credit worthiness (income), provide recommendation and submit application to the management for approval. - Interacting with clients and providing them proper information concerning the products and the services offered by the bank. - Understanding the client's complaints and resolving their problems. - Sales techniques to entice customers to bank products and services.
