Lead turn-key basis construction of 132 kV substation projects as per PMI methodologies and best practice from initiation to completion, including planning, design, manufacturing, procurement, installation, testing and startup of high voltage equipment’s. As well as deal as the primary interface with all Project stakeholders such as Client, Internal Teams, Subcontractors /Suppliers and Manufacturers while ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within the budget and in line with GE EHS and quality standards and procedures.

Duties: Develop, implement and maintain cost controls on the project as follow:
• Monitoring and Controlling DLO, CTC, CAC, CM and CCM
• Responsible for the budgeting and cost management
• Interfacing with the Procurement, Engineering and Finance Departments
• Develop and maintain a detailed cost control system.
• Perform analytical reviews and checks of cost reporting documentation, and present cost status and forecast updates
• Analyze, evaluate and forecast the current project status against the baseline schedule, assessing the impacts or changes to the schedule.
• Reporting margin improvement, degradation.
• Eliminating Risks and Imposing Opportunities.
• Evaluating and triggering LD and penalties.
• Retention collection Road mapping.
• Generation of Budget Deviation Reports
• Recognition of Sales, Cash & Billing

Support the project manager closely to ensure the smooth running of the project. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Assigning staff; allocating resources; assessing risk and its management; coordinating the various components which contribute to the project as a whole to ensure they are being delivered on time; ensuring that deadlines are met; and updating staff and keeping all interested parties in the project informed of progress and any issues, risks which may arise.

Project Engineer in COGELEX ALSTOM from Feb. 2011 up to date

Coordinating and Managing on turn-key basis the construction of substation projects, including design, manufacturing, procurement, installation, testing and start-up of high voltage equipment such as switchgear, transformers, medium voltage cubicles, protection relays, control & metering panels, cables and all auxiliary systems to ensure excellent execution of projects as planed and within the budget as well as contracted scope of work.


Duties & Responsibilities:

 Define & implementation of project schedule according to resources, milestones, budget and objectives.
 Monitor & control project progress includes engineering, manufacturing, equipment delivery, civil work and site activities.
 Review and analyze project financial status; cash flow, cost & revenue
 Ensure efficient cooperation and communication within the company divisions
(Design, project, supply management & quality control dept.)

 Construction of King Faisl Hospital (KFSHRC) S/S # 8166 & Al-Taawoon S/S# 8172.

Junior Engineer in ITM Co. (ARAMCO Contractor) from Oct. 2010 up to Feb.
2011
Worked with ARAMCO project management team for Shaybah NGL recovery
project assigned under power generation team. Work includes review the
electrical design drawings, scope of work and work specification to ensure
compliance with ARAMCO Standard.
