- Gathering information from legal resources including legislation databases, newspapers and journals, library resources, and other media sources as appropriate.
•Facilitate sharing of information about clients, prospective clients, competitors and business and industry sectors
•Present research conclusions with supporting data and analyses in written format and supported verbally as necessary to fee earners
•Arrange translations of relevant laws where necessary
•Update and maintain centrally stored information and documents

- Reviewing the Lease Agreement, Tenancy Contract and Services Contract.
- Provide the legal advice about contracts and agreement.
- Following up with our Attorneys in respect to the company cases in UAE courts.
- Drafting an Arabic-English letters, Memo and requests to competent authorities in favor of our malls, and shops, in respect to getting permission and NOC letter.

Drafting Legal Documents;
Agreements and Contracts such as Power of Attorney, Legal Notices
- Attending sessions at Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and all UAE court.
- Advise clients on their rights and obligations and suggestion courses of action.
- Supervising the Debt Collection Department, handling cases with banks and police stations.
- Handling a rental cases at Rental Disputes Centre (Dubai).
- Search and Review legal documents to investigate facts and law of cases, to determine causes of action and to prepare cases.
- Constantly monitoring national and local legislation and gather information from

- Official Gazettes
- Legislation databases.
- Judgment databases.

- Library resources, and other media sources.
Verify information as required with government, free zone officials and other sources
- Assist with finding appropriate legal resources for the team.
- Explaining the law clearly to the clients.
