• Planning and installing system solutions with firewall devices, managing and maintaining centralized applications deployment, and Shared Distributed Folders.
• Implementing and maintaining the Exchange Server, mailboxes storage, internal and external messaging system, as well as storage backup.
• Coordinating with business entities to identify IT requirements for future development.
• Liaising with service suppliers to meet business demand and planning of implementation
• Supervising third party companies to ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting IT problems and incidents.
• Creating, modifying, and updating the standard software image which was installed on all computers.
• Completing the Incident Management Lifecycle for issues solved.
• Managing the complete IT procurement process which included identification of customer requirements, obtaining quotations, cost and product analysis, preparing purchase requests, and coordinating with the suppliers.
• Registration, modification, and maintaining IT equipments through the CMDB.
