- Steering the programme’s logistics management
to ensure the application of logistics procedures in compliance with the legal framework and internal and donor regulations.
- Supervise supply chain management and cover the programme's needs for materials, equipment and services.
- Supervise the management and use of the vehicle fleet and other means of transport in compliance with internal regulations and the security plan to provide safe and appropriate means of transport for the smooth running of activities.

and provide technical support to Logistics teams on all aspects of logistics.

- Ensure and develop an efficient logistical strategic and operational framework: Human Resources, Procurement management, Stock management, Fleet management, Equipment follow up and supervision, Base management etc;
- Ensure the respect of all HI procedures (Human Resources, Administration relative to Logistics, Logistics and Security) with the staff under his/her responsibility;
- Train and support the logistics team on technical aspects such as: Human Resources, Administration, Fleet management, Purchases stock management, Premises management, IT, Equipment follow up;
- Produce the logistics monthly report and send it to the Technical Advisor and the Line Manager;
- Ensure a smooth communication, tools and information sharing with & between the Logistics
- Lead, coordinate and supervise supply activities within the office.

- Maintain effective liaison with Jordan permanent mission /New York about Peace keeping Missions.
- Maintain database for all Jordanian Armed Forces vacancy in peace keeping missions (contingents, staff officers, milobs) .
- Responsible for maintaining oversight of operational safety and security and implementation of security procedures for all contingents in the mission area.
- Assists in coordinating all training requirements for contingents before deployment to mission area. Perform other duties as required
c. Logistics Officer at JMCC (Joint Movement Coordination Cell) / logistic Branch J4

Planning, organizing and monitoring movement of the rotating contingents into and out of the mission area which includes the following functions:
- Inspection and checking of the equipments and cargo at the airport.
- Arrange transportation of the outgoing and incoming contingents for conduct of the move.
- Coordination and liaison functions with different agencies involved in the movement.
- Ensure Contingents Adherence to airport \seaport security procedures.
- Ensure safe loading of all COE at the port.
- Organize and attend the rotation conferences with the rotating units and sub-units.
