 Updating of HRMS on daily basis.
 Managing and monitoring all the process of Payroll Management.
 Generation of reports from HRMS.
 Transfer/Management of resources within projects as per requirement, dealing with HR related documents, Letters, and certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with Mnagement.
 Coordination with accounts for issuance of funds.
 Coordination with different departments/Government Agencies
 Responsible for the effective implementation of Airport Service Delivery processes/ procedural and customer requirements.
 Ensures to take actions within the S.O.P(s).
 Supports Manager & juniors in various tasks.
 Responsible for baggage repatriation administration; to include processing and recording baggage delivery invoices. Providing month end reports, cross checking month end reports.
 Provides oversight of safety, quality, standards to ensure safe Home Delivery Operation.
 Maintains the Departmental systems Home Deliveries database information.
 Conducts safety investigations of Delivery Vans.
 Ensures departmental, statutory, regulatory, safety and procedural information is published and up to date.
 Responsible for operational oversight for the outsourced.
 Prepares / Coordinates weekly and monthly statistics as used to measure good handling performance.
 Locate the miss handled luggage of passengers through W.T.R System.
 Send R.O.H. to concern stations
