RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Install, configure, and maintain VMware ESXi servers.
•Apply patches and updates on ESXi servers.
•Monitor, analyze, and optimize virtualization performance of ESXi hosts and virtual machines.
•Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft virtual machine templates.
•Assist with new system design, testing, and implementation.
•Troubleshoot and provide problem resolution of software issues
•Review and create supplemental documentation for support staff
•Rolling out new PC’s
•Installing, Configuring and Troubleshooting Active Directory for Microsoft Windows 2008 infrastructure.
•Installing, Configuring & Managing Printers.
•User management, giving permissions to access resources at Domain & system level
•Manage weekly maintenance and nightly Exchange backups and required mailbox restores.
•Troubleshoot system issues related to configuration and application errors.
•Maintain/Monitor SLA’s, including Root Cause Analysis for impacting problems.
•Provides support to end users on a variety of client and server issues.
•Manage service issues with Microsoft Technical support.
•Perform application tuning for servers and applications.
•Supervise and manage the IT Help Desk.
•Ensure the handling of daily routine tasks; monitoring, backup, log analysis, provisioning.
•Monitoring and follow-up the e-mail, internet and other services with related Service Providers.
•Manage IT Assets including Hardware and Software.
•Coordinate with Procurement Dept. for purchases the computer’s equipment.
•Maintaining the Sonic firewall.
•Creating and manage Access Rules., App control, routing, Nat policies VPN, HA, Security Services backup and Restore
•Administration of Kaspersky Business Security Suite Antivirus Server.
•Administration of Barracuda Spam and Antivirus Firewall and creation the policies for Blacklist and White list senders.
•Maintenance of Leased lines and Network connectivity
