BHC ERU (Basic Health Clinics) for (Emergency Response Unit) runs jointly by the Finnish Red Cross as lead organization and German Red Cross in Greece under the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent.
Provide comprehensive administrative and financial management support to the mission in Northern Greece to provide basic health care and psycho social support to the refugees’ population in the area including:
• Management of all administrative issues of the mission includes: management of all travel and accommodation arrangements for the delegates, maintain the database and information system both the soft and hardware, work closely with the team leader to plan the daily mission activities, utilizing updated package of information for arriving delegates, assist in employment of local staff and assignment of volunteers, keep record of all assets, monitor usage of vehicles by regular check of logbooks.
• Budget planning and monitoring of fund and mission expenditure, maintenance of financial systems and procedures, regulate the flow of cash to field, updates mission budget plans and create regular financial reports to ensure that the budget expenditure is online with the plan.
• Support the logistics team in the field including fleet management, procurement, rental issues
