• Lead and coordinate HSE team activities across operations, ensuring alignment with NOV HSEMS standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HSE programs and systems.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE procedures, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Design and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to track competencies, certifications, and employee development.
• Coordinate and maintain the HSE Training Matrix and competency framework.
• Plan and deliver HSE training programs, including induction, refresher, and technical training.
• Monitor HSE performance and compliance metrics using digital dashboards and reporting tools to support management decision-making.

• Contribute to the digitalization of HSE processes by supporting the development of Power Apps solutions for inspections, permit-to-work, and incident reporting.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Implementing the HCIS Directives and Company Procedures to rise the HSE inside company premises.
• Assist and support Senior HSE Manager/HSE Supervisor in organizing and executing HSE programs and all safety related assignments.
• Advise Department Line managers/supervisors where required of corrective / preventive actions or on measures necessary to carry out implementation of the HSE Program to its fullest extent.
• Review and create Job Safety Analysis/Hazard identification (JSA/HIRA) as part of risk assessment process.
• Investigate all accidents, injuries, property damage and other safety related incidents, issue and disseminate required reports and ensure that recommended preventive measures are carried out.
• Encourage all trades to be safety consciousness through toolbox talk / awareness sessions where required and to suggest ways of improving personal safety as well as preventing loss or damage to equipment and materials.
• Providing the necessary services and documents with respect to HSE activities for projects including preparation of any HSE documents.
• Responsibility for ensuring that all the inspection are carried out.
• Identify hazards and near miss incidents in workplace and ensure that controls are in place.
