• Ensure a safe environment for employees, visitors and customers and the preservation of company assets. Follow up on the implementation and compliance with HSE management systems in place.
• Generates and maintains all the required reports related to HSE management system and ISO 45001 external and internal audits, including the performance dashboard (OHS & EMS) and corrective action and preventive measures.
• Conducting monthly meetings with the business unit management including the monthly HSE Committee Meeting, MRM and HSE walkthroughs.
• Develops the procedures, policies, risk assessments and work instructions related to ISO 45001.
• Carries out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented including the firefighting equipment.
• Leads in-house training with employees about environmental, health and safety issues and risks or poses a threat to equipment or the facility including the toolbox talks and technical training.
