* Interviewed, recruited, and trained eight new employees to meet the work requirements.
* Implemented three new systems to monitor the SLA \[Fresh desk, Mac System, SFTP System\]
* Assigned work roles of Quality and Providers Communication teams to meet 100% QA.&QC.
* Achieved 40 days faster overall process
