Duties:
• Directs the job analysis process, to determine the purpose of each job, job objectives, formal responsibilities, key responsibilities, communications, required competencies for the best fit candidate, as well as job environment, job working conditions, hazards & schedules, and job place in the organization.
• Led end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers, resulting in a 30% reduction in time-to-fill and increase in candidate quality and conducts exit interviews to identify the exit reasons and offers solutions to minimize turn over.
• Oversees and conduct in the more than 200 new employee on boarding and orientation till passing the probation period successfully.
• Guides a process re-engineering project to improve and consolidate end-to-end service processes; restructured communication flow among 37 departments and cut down paperwork by 50%.
• Participates in the companys annual manpower plan to reach the optimum head count which is more than 1300 employees based on a business rationale to be validated and linked to the companys organization goals and discusses any suggested changes in the organization structure with the department heads and creates & updates Organization Charts accordingly.
• Assesses the Performance Management design & process and enhancing it to match the companys context and to ensure a fair performance system is applied in order to increase the productivity 20%.
• Goes over + 3500 online applications annually, evaluate qualifications of both internal and external candidates, conduct prescreen interviews to analyze candidate experience and fit, coordinate pre-employment tests as needed, and develop a short list of potential candidates.
• Ensure clear mutual understanding of staffing priorities and practical constraints. Guide the hiring managers through the recruitment process where needed.
• Guides communications between applicants, hiring managers and others to keep all parties apprised of the status of each search.
• Track applicant flow, maintain pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration, help collect and analyze recruitment data.
• Updating and creating employees job descriptions and organization charts
Duties:
• Creating recruitment and on boarding system for the DRR which has more than 1100 employee.
• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs and determines applicant requirements by leading job analysis process to create job descriptions.
• Led end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers, resulting in a 20% reduction in time-to-fill and increase in candidate quality.
• Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; arranging community tours.
• Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
• Assesses the training section with coordinating training sessions and events.
• Assesses with performance management team on performance appraisal and self-assessments.
• Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation and labor law, enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures;
Duties:
• Prepare, process, and revise a variety of documents, including applicant/employee files, payroll records for completeness, accuracy, and submission standards.
• Schedule meetings, sort/distribute mail, and control departmental files.
• Maintain department supplies and process invoice for payment.
• Establish and build cooperative work relationship.
• Direct visitors and employees to appropriate offices
Duties:
• Direct leave, sickness, payroll, and overtime reports.
• Prepare, process, and review a variety of documents, including applicant/employee files, payroll records for completeness, accuracy, and submission standards and assists in administering employees benefit program and activities for +300 employees.
• Support the recruitment process by mailing applicant notifications and administering typing tests and answers routine question, distribute, and explain forms such as employment application.
• Performs any other task or function as assigned by employer.
