Presently working as Sr. TA Officer with Al Hasawi Group
responsible for local and overseas recruitment for the Industrial and
Retail unit of Alhasawi Group along with Performance
Management and Succession Planning.
● Liaising with internal departments to identify recruitment
needs to prepare Manpower Planning and Budgeting for
each year.
● Following the talent acquisition process and cycle of
candidates from sourcing till the end of probation period.
