. Checking and observing all related equipment:
i. SDH Transmission equipment and Decoders.
ii. Multiplexers, Encoders, Routers, Converters.
iii.Satellite Antennae and Antenna controllers, Receivers, de-scramblers.
iv.Encryption system, EMM/ECM.
v. Interactive Network Adapter / Intersect Manager.

. Checking of equipment connections by pinging each and every
device in the INMS on all regions (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain)
Cable, Wireless and IPTV.

. Checking of Sequencer files used for Pay Per View encryption system
and XML files used for EIT (Event Information Table).

. Checking of survey file generated by Viaccess Encryption system.

. Perform manual smartcard activation.

. Continuous monitoring of BWA’s site for faults and alarms on the
system.

. Service Outage Rectification.

. Monitoring Unmanned Stations in the INMS.

These are a few not all.

. Monitoring the E-Vision channels regularly and maintain a good quality of the video and audio.

. Coordinate with the channels providers (up-link stations) in case of an outage.

. Reporting to the higher management a detailed report of the channels status on daily basis.
