HYVISION TECHNOLOGY is the national distributor of HIK VISION product for UAE, OMAN & BHARAIN. My responsibility was creating and business development plans for the Business Unit in the target territory. Participating in the go-to market strategy and determining potential market opportunities based upon development of the region. Identifying, evaluating, and qualifying market leads and initiating business relations with potential accounts. Building a strong lead pipeline in the region, identify and support the selection of local business partners in coordination manufacturer company business strategy. Achieving the sales targets according to the Business Unit’s overall strategy Preparing quarterly sales reports for the management. Managing and developing strategic relationships with business partners. Building and maintaining direct contacts with end-users and resellers in target region. Conducting awareness, presentations to business partners and clients with the introduction of new technology and product line. Following up with partners on business progress, on tender / proposal progress. Coordinating with the pre-sales team for preparing project tenders and proposals.

• Have good network of contacts with major SI, end users and other system vendors.
Given the responsibility to do startup business in new territory Al Ain for the entire range of BMTS product and service. This Includes activities like business development, Marketing, Pre-qualification, project sales, AMCs and operation activities. Monitoring and reporting business activities to Sr. management.
Provide consultancy service to small-medium size system integrator and end customer for their requirement such has integrated system design, product development, Vendor identification, project management, and site survey, Estimation and BoQ, Documentation etc.
Manages Sales activities in the selected Target territories. Account management of existing client. Respond to inquire form customer including submission of quotation and tender. Close out sales and limited contract negotiation. Prequalification and registration of company with client and end users. Customer presentation. Monitoring and reporting of business opportunity. Maintaining working relations with the company supplier, client and end users.
Responsible for handling key accounts and introducing new client to existing database. Develop new solutions accounts and sales leads by cold calling and networking. Sourcing of new project and increase the market share for the organization. Tapping the booming business in the given market sector (Oil &Gas, Education, Hospital, and Construction). Driving the entire spectrum of sales, sales function, planning and implementation of marketing solution. Assisting GM on developing sales plans & budgets, lead the sales strategy planning, actively participate in closing major contracts, ensuring proper pricing procedures are followed while bidding, developing high level of relationship with key accounts. Provide accurate planning and forecasting of sales performance.
Given assignment of sales support engineer to target the given market with prospective leads along with assisting the sales manager in the project presentation to consultant, contractor and preparing sales forecast. Responsible of sales management of entire security and fire product solution offering. Provide education/consultancy services to the client with regards to security/fire design and specification. Ensure Quarterly/annual target are meet. Have marketed effectively fire product along with security product. Have manage all international accounts effectively and satisfactory. Have established single point of contact for all system integrator & client. Experience working with MEP contractor name as few: ETA, Voltas, Jumal Majid, Thermo etc & consultant name as few : Halcrow, KEO etc.
Recruited as trainee engineer and got exposure in handling diverse integrated security system project for different market segment. Well appreciated the effort by promoted to different role such as project engineer -installation engineer- project manager and last Service in charge. During this tenure gone thought many product training from OEM such as Sony, DM, G4TEC, Hitron. Have successfully shown ability to support sales/Engineering team with design, survey, estimation, project planning & execution. Knowledge transfer and training as deem necessary.
