I have experience of projects management and construction work, and I have experience to lead the planning and implementation of projects, define project’s tasks and resource requirements and have ability to manage project’s budget, schedules and coordinate project staff

Masharef City At Asfan Jeddah - Responsible for phase-2 consist of 100 villas, one mosque and one
parks this villa divided for three main contractors.

.Oversee the construction project from start to finish.
. Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and individual resources needed.
. Form the teams, develop the objectives of each and assign individual responsibilities.
. Co-ordinate efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants,
contractors, and laborers.
.Monitor the progress of construction activates on regular basis and hold regular status meeting with all
the sub-team.
.Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards .
.Periodic inspection of construction sites.
.Ensure hat construction activities move according to pre-determined schedule.
. Ensure project documents are complete.
