Position: IT Manager
Job Description:
• Responsible for all branches in Egypt.
• Submitting a yearly detailed IT Department Objectives and detailed action plan.
• Developing and implementing the MIS budget.
• Discussing the new requirements with department heads.
• Managing the infrastructure, and contributing to organizational policy with regard to standards and strategic planning in line with corporate strategy.
• Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
• Driving implementation of standardize policies, procedures and business applications across all functions plan, study, direct and manage successful software and hardware implementations to specify, implement, maintain, computing applications through the network and application servers.
• Responsible for hiring of IT team and motivate all IT team to work together in the most efficient manner.
• Submitting a timely schedule of coaching, training and follow up training of systems.
• Scheduling upgrades and security of hardware and software systems ensuring the smooth running of all MIS systems, including antivirus software, print services and E-mail provision.
• Overseeing the implementation of HMIS & IFA packages, Cisco call Manager and co-ordination with the software house and Magrabi Hospitals.
• Devising a periodic maintenance and servicing plan for the MIS systems to ensure their efficient operation.

Job Description:
1.Responsible for the Implementation of FMIS ( Financial management information system ) package including ( GL, Cashier, ACR, Inventory , ACP, Fixed Asset, Payroll, Personal ) Modules .
2.Responsible for the Implementation of HMIS (hospital management information system) package including (Reservations & Appointments, Inpatient and accommodation, Operations management, Patients account, Medical record, Laboratory, Pharmacy) modules.
3.Fixing & solving problems concerning the packages (HMIS & FMIS) for end-user
4.Develop forms & reports needed for administration & manage hospital activities & performance using report builder and oracle dicoverer to calculate the revenue & performance of Magrabi hospitals & centers .
5. parcipate it manager to make action plane and it budget.
6.Responsible for network administration concerning network connection, connection between clients & server, solving end-user problems in joining the networks, also internet administrations in enabling & disabling user access to internet due to their job need, also contact with ISP (internet service provider) for solving internet problems such as accessing the internet or the speed of connection.
7.E-mails administration: responsible to solve problems concerning users emails on magrabi.com such as creating new user, fixing problems on already created users, define quota for every email, define the emails to work on outlook, fixing problems in working with it, contact with ISP (internet service provider) for getting best performance, solving problems related to emails.
8.Database administration tasks such as database backup, recovery and database performance tuning for all Magrabi Hospitals and centers branches.
