Essence of Role in AlFahd Ferrovial Joint Venture
-Maintains and follow strict internal control system.
-Maintain A/P by checking invoices, P.O.s and comparison sheets.
-allocate project expenses on analytical cost codes from the project budget and reviewing cost reports.
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing our goals and meet the set deadlines.
-participate in reviewing the project budget every 6 months .
-review the monthly cost reports and clarify the deviations from budgeted.
-prepare and account the suppliers and subcontractors provisions for the month end closing.
-Preparing monthly commercial invoice for the client and follow up for the collection.
-Reconciles banks and suppliers accounts.
-Responsible for partners invoices to the Joint Venture.

-Responsible for the company main Petty cash and Salaries & Wages disbursements.
-Preparing commercial invoices depending on a payment certificate and compatible with L/C terms.
-Preparing cash flow reports and discusses with the management Payments priorities.
-Handling head office petty cash payments, and accounting.
