Duties: - • Plan routine maintenance of plant equipment and machinery. • Manage and execute the maintenance activities at the factory e.g. preventive maintenance, PM plan predictive, emergency, and routine maintenance • Ensure that the preventive maintenance done on time, follow up the cleanliness of equipment and inspect it • Manage department resources in efficient way to achieve targets. • Lead the site Maintenance function in providing both a reactive and proactive, multiskilled maintenance service on all operational equipment and facilities infrastructure • Analyze production losses and spoilage for necessary corrective/preventive actions. • Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults • Supervise time critical equipment repairs. • Offer technical expertise to maintenance people like supervisor, foreman, fitters and technicians. • Function as project development member to maintain new equipment • Analyze the causes of the breakdowns and find the root cause to prevent it. • Conduct a daily meeting with the maintenance engineer and technicians to discuss the section problems • Follow up spare parts needs in the section and review it to define what to purchase. • Spare part usage control. • Input and hold responsibility for maintenance budgets • Lead internal process improvement projects. • Ensure a safe working and good housekeeping practices.
Responsible for raw mill area
• Drawing up a schedule for regular maintenance.
• Maintaining the machinery, helping in the installation of new machines
• Diagnosing problems when machinery breaks down and deciding the best way to repair
them.
• Obtaining any specialized components or fixtures needed to make repairs.
• Complying with health and safety regulations.
• Maintaining and managing stocks of supplies, parts and equipment.
• Establishing maintenance procedures and policies.
• Keeping records of maintenance and repair costs, incidents and procedures.

Duties;
• Inspection in cement mills area
• Diagnose equipment condition and request appropriate action.
• Record all faults of all equipment in work order follow up sheet with serial number for
each equipment and send it to the department of mechanics or preparation.
• Schedule all faults of equipment at area to be repaired in planned stoppage which select
the time of it by the director of the department with the managers of the departments
concerned.
• Follow up the maintenance procedures with the mechanics department and provide the
required technical support and clarify any ambiguity in the work orders
• After finishing scheduling planned stoppage for cement area, inspection again for same
equipment which repaired by mechanics department
• Taking vibration measurements weekly for all area equipment to see the technical
condition by vibration of them using a vibrometer (VB30) device (HS-620/630
monitoring kits).
• Record all vibration reading for all critical and main equipment in vibration monitoring
sheet with analysis, technical opinion and suitable action for all readings and send it to
inspection manager.
Working on diagnosis and analysis of the causes of breakdowns of equipment, propose appropriate solutions and raise the necessary reports to direct manager • Coordinates with production department regarding method of reporting of failures in order to get the production scheduling without stoppage for long periods and issued repair orders for implementation
Monitors periodic reports on the performance of all the equipment’s inside the plant and proposes amendments developed in coordination with the department of production • Monitor and follow up the implementation of plans and programmers of maintenance and make the necessary adjustments. • Overseeing the plans and actions necessary to maintain all the equipment, and utilities of the company • Do a weekly and monthly review of all activities relating to maintenance and repair • Oversees the preparation of periodic reports on the stoppages and raise to the direct manager • Follow the planning of factory needs of spare parts, maintenance requirements, reviews the needs with concerned departments to provide it • Plan, coordinate and follow up the participation in installation of new equipment’s. • Maintenance Ball mill, Classifier, Hazmaq crushers ( Impact Crusher model AP-PMH 1214, AP-KV 1010) • Maintenance Bucket elevators, Screw conveyors, Classifiers - Bag filters - Blowers, Belt conveyors, Apron feeders , Chain conveyors, Gear motors and all types of Bearing.
