Main point of contact for stakeholders
• Leads tender team in preparation of technical submissions and pre- qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of contractual terms and conditions.
• Prepare and responsible for project budgets, monitors compliance with time/schedule deadlines
• Plan and obtain additional work authorizations a required for scope changes.
• Lead the electromechanical team by documenting production efforts, including making assignments, reviewing
work, and meeting deadlines for project document deliverables and coordinating with the client.
• Prepares engineering studies and schematic design for new systems and analyze operation of existing systems.
• Produce sketches and system schematics for complicated design tasks
• Review drawings and documents to assure compliance with company design and production standards. Assuring
that drawings and designs are in accordance with design standards.
• Make calculations, using engineering formulas and skills for mechanical designs such as heating and cooling loads,
energy models, documentation, etc.
• Performs other duties or responsibilities as assigned.
Projects:
G+2P+5 Residential and Commercial Buildings
Inspecting all work and ensuring compliance with all engineering standards, authority regulation, project
specifications, approved shop drawings and approved method statements.
• Coordinate with engineering department to ensure that MEP designs and method statements are feasible on site
• Finalizing documentation (contracts, POs, LOI, etc.) with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Communicate with team members regarding the most cost effective methods of production in an effort to meet
customer requirements and capabilities.
• Monitor and control the projects based on the approved cost scope and time baseline.
• Review, evaluate, and manage proposed change requests made by clients.
• Responsible for subcontractor and supplier contracts.
• Identify and quickly resolved logistical complications and supply chain shortages.

Participate in overall planning and project budgeting activities
• Support the negotiation of all terms and conditions of the client
• Prepare estimates for all jobs based on customer specifications
• Provide ongoing technical training, support, and motivation
• Prepare comprehensive reports as requested.

• Perform other tasks as needed in support of manufacturing operations, customers and suppliers.

of plumbing / HVAC building systems
● Perform building plumbing design and prepare construction documents for various commercial buildings.
● Performed mechanical design calculation such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, etc.
● Drawing specification, inspection and approval, cost estimation, bill of materials and job order preparation.
● Designed and revised piping, ducts, and other HVAC drawings on AutoCAD.
● Selected and scheduled HVAC equipment based on load requirements calculated with software programs.
