-MAIN DUTY: ADMINISTRATION & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT

-Formulate and lead implementation of sales and marketing strategy and marketing business plans
-Set and monitor qualitative and quantitative market targets of the company and it retail subsidiaries
-Assume responsibility for the company reaching the desired levels of market penetration, revenue and market share.
-Develop the overall brand strategy, and approach for brand management

-: PROJECT DEVELOPMENT MAIN DUTY MANAGEMENT

-Supervising and commissioning of about 70 engineers and a number of other executives.
-Setting up of projects time and cost schedules.
-Studying the propulsion concept and engineering detail design.
-Identifying and giving engineering problem solutions.
-Participating in defining the annual projects plan for Ibn Firnas Co. as a complementary part of MIC annual plan.
-Participating in estimating the size of the annual financial demands required to execute the department programs.
-Supplying Jet propulsion computations as per requested by the other Ibn Firnas Co. departments.
-Management of training newly contracted engineers
-Ensuring professional electronic documentation for involved projects.

-Supervising and commissioning of about 10 engineers and a number of other executives.

-Studying the propulsion concept and engineering detail design.

-Identifying and giving engineering problem solutions to the centre manager.

-Supervising a staff of about 20 .
-Supervising and controlling six different stores at Ibn Firnas Co.
-Supply the advise of the annual budget to the director general of the Co.
-Identifying and giving commercial problem solutions.
-Responsible of all imported goods to the Co.
-Responsible of studying & preparing all commercial contracts.
-Management of training newly contracted staff.

-Served as project engineer in many field, research&development, modification, maintenance in aviation field especially gas turbine

-Served as an Assistant Engineer reporting to the senior engineers at the department.
-Worked on analysis & studying Saad 25 project for establishing aircraft final assembly plant .

-Served as a junior engineer under training.
