- Lead and develop Local Content Strategy and Objectives for Sadara Chemical Company.
- Coordinate with the Government Local Content entity (NAMAA) with sustainable research for localization opportunities such as encouraging local Manufacturing.

• Lead Suppliers Qualifications process and build strong relationships with Strategic Suppliers.
• Improve Strategic Sourcing process and adopt e-sourcing systems and technology (e.g Ariba).
• Represent the Company in all Warranty Claims and lead negotiations with EPC Contractors.
• Thorough knowledge of Contractual legal terms and conditions of General Service Agreement (GSA) and Master Supply Agreement (MSA).
• Ensure Sourcing function performance metrics are aligned with KPIs and compliance framework.
•Served as Secretary and Adviser for the Procurement Review Committee.
• Fulfill all requirements to maintain and run entire Sadara Chemical Complex with its 26-integrated plants.
Manage all Saudi Arabia country office procurement and contracting processes. Major duties and responsibilities:
• Prepare and implement Organization Procurement Plan annually.
• Sourcing of Suppliers: conduct market research, (Prequalification, EOI), prepare and issue bids (RFQ, ITB, IFP), supplier selection and evaluation guaranteeing the best value for money, legal considerations and risk mitigation.
• Prepare awards for approval by Procurement Review Committee.
• Contracts Management: Vendors registration, Negotiation of offers, award of contracts, performance assessment, quality management and set Long Term Agreements.
• Implement purchasing module tools in ERP system at sourcing phase and process Purchase Orders and change orders.
• Assets Management and Certification: Capital and PPE.
• Support overseas procurement, and maintain supply chains, and INCOTERMS 2010 international standards to ensure timely deliveries.
• Worked in MENA region in several sourcing projects for mobilized hospitals, power stations, gas supplies, infrastructure projects and humanitarian supplies (e.g. tents, food, medicines).
Contracted by AL-FALAK Electronic Equipment & Supplies Company, to SAUDI ARAMCO to assist Instrumentation Consultants & Specialists in:
• Consolidate annual Procurement Plan for Purchasing of Process Control and Instrumentation equipment.
• Create Purchase Orders in SAP System.
• Specialize in sourcing Oil & Gas instruments, process control, and process automation equipment.
• Follow up Purchase Orders in SAP System and expedite delivery.
• Update Material Delivery Documents after receipt in SAP System.
• Expedite Purchase Orders in emergencies and manage bottlenecks.
• Order B2B materials through SAP System.
Supported Production Planning Dept since commissioning to production phase by:
• Control & maintain Inventories of raw materials in SAP System.
• Maintain SAP Quality & Product codes accordingly with Production Planning & Control System (PPC).
• Create Monthly Production Orders based on received Sales Orders from Sales Dept.
• Provide top management with all periodic reports about production & stock levels in each product service line.
• Perform annual Stock Take along with Dispatch Dept. Allocate products and update material locations in SAP system.
• Implement several updates to the Production Planning Control System (PPC) by adding new Products, Materials & Qualities, updating production parameters and improve throughput efficiency.
• Represented Planning, with Production and Procurement in managing LSTK, EPCM, LSPB contracts until commissioning.
