1- اعداد التقارير الشهرية للجودة والسلامة الخاصة بالعقود لتحديد مؤشرات الأداء.
2- مراجعة الاعتمادات للمواد والمعدات والمخططات و طلبات فحص الأعمال والاختبارات واستلام الأعمال لكل عقد على حده واعداد سجلات بذلك.
3- متابعة الزيارات الميدانية والرد على تقارير عدم المطابقة والمراسلات الأخرى.
4- مراجعة واعتماد خطط الجودة والسلامة والجداول الزمنية والتقارير الدورية للمقاولين .
5- متابعة تنفيذ إجراءات الأمن والسلامة في المواقع للأفراد والمعدات والمواد ومطابقتها للشروط والمواصفات.
6- رفع جميع وثائق ومستندات العقود على نظام pmweb.
Collect and analyze information on management problems and propose solutions.
- Plans for quality by using KAIZEN tool to decrease inconsistency of work.
- Training of employee in the company to make them aware of lean six sigma yellow belt concept.
