•Responsible for managing & leading the maintenance department.
•Plan and organize the maintenance activity in the plant.
•Coordinate with the project contractors & vendors.
•Supervision of installation and commissioning of new plant, with all related tasks, processing, filling equipment's, and utilities (3 Cookers with different capacities of 200, 450, and 800 KG, two pasteurizers, two homogenizers, CIP system, sleeve machine, five filling machines, cooling tunnel, wrapping machine, capping machine, sachet machine, bottling water line, fresh cheese line, steam boiler, two air compressors, water treatment system, chillers system, firefighting system & cold rooms, including all the welding lines (stainless steel 316, seamless 304 & cast-iron) ..
