I have worked in “SANG AL-HASSA PROJECT” (5000 villa / 3 floors) as a site engineer with responsibilities substructures, finishing works, precast factory and infra structure as a main contractor.

A self-motivated team player for the shared responsibilities and goals, Good communication skills, Fast learner and developer, Can work under pressure.

• RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managing of “19” foreman and manpower of “460” labour
• Managing our scope of work between manpower as per time schedule.
• To coordinate with the production Manager in works.
• Checking Bar Bending Schedule and Quantities.
• Attending Design Review Meetings with Client.
• Conduct Daily Site Meeting with Client.
• Planning all the activities Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly and Monthly.
• Coordinate with Quality control and Safety Department.
• Updating all the Paper Works.
• Supervising & monitoring the Project.
• Making Bar bending Schedule and quantity of estimates.
• Checking precast moulds as per the drawings.
* responsible for all mechanical undergrund services pipes (sewerage, storm, irrigation and water supply for main lines and house connections works.(Infra structure).
* responsible for electrical works (low voltage, medium voltage, street lights, and duct bank works. (Infra structure)
* besides all activities belong to road works (subgrade, base course, curb stone, and asphalt works.
