• Managing the petty cash for the Factory and the Maintenance department.
• Supervising the complete fleet team by scheduling and allocating delivery drivers with outlets and
home delivery orders.
• In charge of coordinating with the Fleet supervisor for all vehicle maintenance and fuel
consumption tracking.
• In charge of finalization of special orders, invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Supervising the cleaning and maintenance of the factory through a team of cleaners and overlooking
the compliance of the food safety through deep cleaning schedules.
• Handling all administrative functions, including operations, management, process improvement,
identifying various compliance issues and strategic planning and development.
• Maintaining all approved contracts and timely renewal of such contracts periodically.
• Support the Data entry team with stock transfers and stock allocations.
• Supporting the Storekeeper with stock orders from suppliers by working out current stock and weekly
stock requirements.
• Forecasting of stock items and ordering of special items for Events and Special occasions.
• Work closely with Chefs and production teams to update requirements on recipe changes.
• Managing the factory HR support function in terms of staff leave applications, attendance and other
HR related matters.

• Assists in resolving customer problems beyond the supervisory level in all operational areas.

• Maintaining contract files and reports, documenting policies, participating in special project work

• To exercise general control over all activities in Stores Department.
• To check and receive purchased materials forwarded by the receiving department and to arrange for
the storage in appropriate places.
• To check the book balances, with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals by way of internal
control over wrong issues, pilferage, etc.
