• Prepare the Bank Reconciliation and report differences on a monthly basis.
•Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements.
•Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
• Prepare relevant schedules for audit and provide necessary assistance in the process.
• Monitoring Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Aging.
• Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.
•Maintain accurate month-end records by examining all financial statements.

- Managing accounts payable and receivable, including collecting payments and identifying potential risks of non- payment.
- Reconcile and ensure sub-ledger to general ledger are kept accurate and updated.
- Reviewing financial statements and recommending adjustments to improve accuracy of reporting .
- Review and correct the differences arising out of Bank reconciliation regularly.
- Handle accounts up to finalization & prepare P/L & Balance Sheet, cash-flow, along with Auditor review requirement till attaining The Audit FS.
