The scope of my role as follows:

- Working with the Subject Matter Experts (SME) team in the area of Supply Chain Management (SCM) module (Inventory and Purchasing), as well working as super user on Inventory model attending CRPs and communicate with key users in the model.
- Develop Custom Made reports in Inventory and purchasing modules using PI Publisher with deployed it via Oracle E-business Suite Application.
- Developed Oracle Reports via Human Resource and Payroll module.
- Build / Call API on database for loading items and more transaction.
- Familiar with oracle apps and database structure.
- Working with the Key users on the System aspects of their respective processes.
- Perform testing on the system.
- Perform Data Extraction, Analysis, Cleansing, Mapping and Migration.
- General Administration: Creation of Users, Security.
- Work closely with Super users to collect and understand business, functional, and
Technical requirements.
- Assess trainee’s capabilities for users in using the system.
- Deliver training to end users/ key users.
- Manage the daily team activities
- Make sure all calls are processed through the call center system “Short Maize”
- Generate reports and statistical information to be presented to my managers.

• Working at IT department in Greater Amman Municipality since 11/10/2004 in programming section.
• Had major role in programming and analyzing many of GAM systems in particular the HR and Payroll systems and Election's system.
• Had a role in the development and analyze of GAM Systems.
• Had a role in the implementation and following-through the Vocational Licenses system within the national e-government program in GAM, working with MOICT team and OPTIMIZA team.
• Had major role in working with oracle developer, sql, pl/sql and designing systems for the departments in the municipality.
• Responsible for updating the modification of the mentioned systems.
