-Directly manage a software engineers by prioritizing work assignments and reviewing overall individual and team performance.
-Responsible for managing complex projects across other development teams as well as work with Product Management team to help define requirements and drive the execution of the technical roadmap.

•Deployed a new Mediation engine and SMS dispatcher to vivacell (new operator at Juba-Sudan), which required integration between Eskadenia billing system and Ericsson Charging System, Ericsson Multi Activation (EMA), and Ericsson Multi Mediation (EMM).
•Deployed a new Mediation engine to KOREK telecom (Irbil-Iraq). I spent one month in the site to define new rules, spatially for interconnection.
•Solved many of GSM Operators support issues remotely.
•Developed new features into CDR Manger and Provisioning Manager using C++ and JAVA under Solaris and Windows.
•Developed and maintained many of raster and vector image filters using C++.
•Study and analyzed Microsoft xps document format, which requires investigation about WPF.
•Bug fixing.
